A significant challenge confronting managers is how to stay competitive in an environment that is constantly changing.

How do managers stimulate employee creativity and tolerance for change?

The paper must contain:

  1. A title page that includes the topic of the paper your name and the date.
  2. Section 1: Introduction.

A short one paragraph introduction that identifies the paper’s purpose provides a thesis statement (i.e.
what are you trying to prove or disprove) and presents a brief overview of the information to be presented.

  1. Section 4: Conclusion.

In this last section provide any final statements to persuade me why your position on the topic is the
best one. Or conversely what you discovered in your research that caused you to change your opinion.

  1. References Page.

A listing of the scholarly peer reviewed sources of information you explored. This listing must conform to the
format specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association 7th Edition (APA).

  1. You must use a minimum of eight scholarly peer-reviewed sources of information. Remember that sources should ideally be within the last five years.
